House has 5 rooms, kitchen, 2 storage rooms, bathroom and cellar. There's another building on the land - summer kitchen, but it needs to be finished from the outside.

There's no facade on it. It gets sold completly furnished and its infrastructures - water, electricity, heating system and sewege - are in perfect shape. It's one of the kind natural and peacfull area in the middle of Slovakia.

There are direct views of Polana hill with very famous ski resort on it - around 15 minutes away from the property. Another ski resort of Biele Vody ( White Waters ) is 12 kms away.

Around 15 minutes away from the house there are few lakes, very popular water resorts and very famous among tourists in the summer. Polana itself is very popular among hikers enjoying the tracks from spring untill autumn. Village of Hrinova is about 2
hours of drive from capital city of Bratislava.
